Outreach, media quality control, delivery, content and admin, handled under one monthly service so you can stay behind the camera instead of in the inbox.
Book a MeetingRunning a real estate media business is mostly not photography. It is follow ups, order chasing, file checking, delivery links, and the outreach you keep meaning to get to.
Booking requests, revision notes and agent questions arrive all day. Every one of them interrupts an edit you were halfway through.
Check the files, organise the folders, upload, send the link, then remember which orders are still outstanding and which editor owes you a fix.
New work needs prospecting. Prospecting needs hours. The hours go to the orders already booked, so next month looks like last month.
Take one service or all five. Scope, responsibilities and communication are agreed with you before anything starts.
Social media, email and phone prospecting aimed at real estate agents who book media.
Completed property media checked against your standards before it reaches your client.
The daily admin of getting finished work to the client, off your desk.
A consistent professional presence that shows the work you are already doing.
The recurring work that fills a day without moving the business forward.
Automated checks flag the obvious problems, then a person reviews every flag by hand and coordinates the corrections. This is part of Media Quality Control, not a separate line on the invoice.
Discuss Your RequirementsWe do not arrive with a system you have to adopt. We learn the one you already run, then take the parts you hand over.
We go through your existing processes, tools and standards before suggesting anything.
Responsibilities, communication and service expectations are written down and confirmed.
We work to your preferred workflow and your quality standards, not a generic template.
Tasks and open issues stay organised, and we escalate anything that needs your decision.
Your stack, not ours. These are the platforms we already operate in for media companies. We are users of them, not partners of them.

Real Estate Media Growth Assistants supports real estate photographers and media companies with the operational and business development tasks that keep a business moving. Outreach and prospect management, media quality control, delivery, content, and administrative support.
Running a real estate media business involves much more than taking great photographs. It also requires consistent communication, organised order management, reliable delivery workflows, client relationships, and ongoing business development. Our services exist so you can delegate those parts.
Our mission. To support real estate media professionals with practical, dependable assistance across client acquisition, media operations and business administration.
Our goal. Give media business owners more time to focus on their craft, serve their clients, and develop their businesses.

Every plan below is a recurring monthly service. Deliverable volumes and working hours are confirmed with you in writing before the first month starts.
| Social media outreach | $360 / month |
| Email outreach | $360 / month |
| Cold calling | $360 / month |
| All in One Outreach, all three channels coordinated | $500 / month |
| Content creation and personal branding | $399 / month |
| Administrative support | $150 / month |
No, and we will not pretend otherwise. We run the outreach activity, consistently and on an agreed sequence, and we report what actually happened. Messages sent, replies, and qualified prospects are reported separately so you can see the real picture. If you want a specific measurable commitment, we agree it in writing first rather than promising it on a website.
The Standard plan is $450 a month and includes quality control and delivery for up to 65 properties. Every property above 65 adds $3. So 70 properties is $465 and 80 is $495. If your volume is high or unpredictable, the $599 unlimited plan removes the per property fee entirely.
Both, and we keep them clearly separate. Automated checks run first and flag the obvious problems. A person then reviews every flag against your standards and decides what actually needs fixing. Both sit inside Media Quality Control, so there is nothing extra to buy.
That depends on what you already use. Supported platforms, file types, turnaround times and procedures are confirmed against your systems during setup rather than assumed. Tell us your stack on the call and we will tell you honestly what we can take on.
Whatever we agree, written down before the first month. Deliverable quantities, outreach volume, follow up cadence, calling hours, monthly working hours and communication coverage are all set per client. The prices on this page are the service rates. The scope behind them is yours to define.
Book a meeting. We go through your current workflow, what is taking your time, and which parts you would hand over first. You leave with a clear scope and a price, with no obligation to continue.
A short call to understand your workflow, agree what you want handed over, and set the responsibilities in writing. No obligation to continue afterwards.
